I'm looking for something to make it easier for a user to link to their profile. Currently it's setup as member.php?u=## ...

Looking for something where a person can link either with www.yoursite.com/forums/username or www.yoursite.com/forums/member.php?Exitilus

Something to make it easier for users to show off their profile Versus a username
