Seperate the Latest Releases [hacks/styles]

Im sure your all over this, or perhaps it's been mentioned. Aside from that, I would love to see the Latest Hacks in their own column. New styles don't interest me somuch and take away from the reason I love checking the homepage; Whats new in the world of vB Hacks! I got sunrise and mountains gloggin up my Latest Releases =)

Thanks for hearin me out, keep up the good work.

I second that but not because styles do not interest me but when I am looking for new hack releases the last thing I want to do is make a hack title with a style title. I would suggest adding a latest styles colum perhaps.

Styles do interest some people. I think you've failed to see that.

styles are not latest hacks are they though ?

as said above they need their own column.

They're extensive template modifications, well, some of them. Yes, they do need their own box, but those columns are getting pretty long as it is.

If we gave hacks, templates and styles their own latest release tables, the portal columns will become quite long.

the vast majority of people come here for hacks not styles
i totally agree with the original poster

if you are going to keep styles for the few that want to see them, i would put them in a different area

That was before vBulletin.org and vBulletinTemplates.com got merged. It's quite correct to not just shove template mods and styles aside. We're a merged community, and things are fair now and it should stay that way.

actually that has been mentioned and the answer was:

Stay tuned, we're working on a new system in the back, which should make it much easier for users to decide what they want to see ;)
