Tell me if this is correct. On the 15th of each month, it grabs all hacks released since the 15th of the last month untill the 15th of the current month and posts the top 5 most installed hacks.

If the above it true then if i release a hack on the 14th, one day before the polls open. Then my hack has little to no chance to make it on that poll or the next one since i released it to eairly.

If thats the case then it would be best for me to release my hacks on the 16th of each month so i have a full 30 days to get alot of installs to better my chances from showing up on the polls.
