vBPortal is an actual product from these guys: http://www.phpportals.com/
I am pretty sure they don't have a version out yet for vB 3.5, as it's still in beta, and a portal is sort of a big script.

I wish there was any portal available, but there isn't. Your english is a little choppy, but I guessed you were asking if a portal was available, and the answer is unfortunately no.

From what I understand a version of vBAdvanced for vBulletin 3.5 is nearing completion. You can check their forum under "Premium Modifications" or their website at www.vbadvanced.com for more information.

vbPortal works very well with 3.5.0 i realy can recomend it.
