Changing navbar background color?

How would i go about changing the background color of the nav bar there below the header?

i was just about to ask this, but thought i should do a search, and i didn't find an answer, but i did find this thread with a person asking the same..
i've got 90% of my style setup like i'd like at www.locoforum.com but the navbar is still the blue from the default skin,, is this is the style edit like the other edit where.. text backgroud. all that, i must have overlooked it if it is..
cna someone point me were to edit :)

I think it's the CSS-name: .vbmenu_control what you mean?
