vb.org Archive - Error With sessions.php

So far, when I have tried two actions, I get an error.

Action #1:
I have BVShoutboxx 1.0 installed. When I try to access my Shout Manager, I get the error.

Action #2:
I changed the forum index to board.php, and have a portal located at index.php. However, when I access the portal (index.php) I get the error once more.

This is the error.

I would post the foreach() statement on that line, however, I'm not sure if I am allowed, however; I will post upon request. I am sorry if this is the wrong place for this kind of thread, please move it to its respective forum. And I'm sorry if I sound like a newb.

Help is appreciated as soon as possible.
