What is the best way to make the registration available in 2 languages?

Hello,

I have 2 primary languages on my forum, both which are about equal in terms of my visitors, English and Spanish.

Those who speak one, normally cannot speak the other. So therefore, I need a registration page in both languages.

What is the best way to go ahead in doing this? What do you guys suggest? I've had a few ideas myself so far, but I would like to see what you guys have come up with, if anyone here has already done this.
