something strange

Ok may I ask why the forums keep asking me to enter my license number eventhough I have entered it for like 20 times since last night? It's wierd cause I have been using and posting at vbulletin.org for quite sometime now, and suddenlly today I see a message showing me as unlicensed?

I also clicked the link in this message at the top:
"You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To download hacks and get support you will need to go to this(or this for vBulletin-germany users) page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page). If you are not the license owner, you have to ask the owner to add your email addy into that field for you. For further info, please read our FAQ page."

and I logged into the vbulletin's member area and entered a 3rd e-mail address, and when I returned to vbulletin.org it still asks me to enter my license number?

could someone please explain what I need to do exactly?

Work on the license system was being done today, which could have caused this. Please verify that you have the same license here as in the priority support form and wait a bit, it should update correctly soon :)

Hi Colin,

thank you for the fast response, I went to the user cp and changed the e-mail address to what I had my license registered with. Then I got the verification e-mail to and now it works fine,

thanks. :)

You are still showing as unlicensed. Are you on a leased license?

Hi Marco, yes I am, and I just noticed again today that it shows me as unlicensed.

shah,

If you leased license has not expired, try re-entering and saving your mail address here on vb.org. It should be ok the after some minutes.

If that don't work, follow these instructions:

You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To be able to download hacks and/or receive support here at vBulletin.org, we ask you to please click here (vB-germany users click here) and enter your email address, to show us that you are licensed.

You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive. The update of your account may take up to one hour.

Thank you.
