News paper style forum
 

We are looking for something that looks like a newsletter or newspaper format,(something like Blogspot, or PhpNuke).
(I like shardex's style in this forum. I'm just right now looking for ideas and information).

We would like it to be one of our forums so we can allow present members of our site to have access to it.

Do you know of anything like this? Or how we can use one of these at our vBulletin site so we can allow access without having them re-register?
