Display post from forum at top

Would anyone be able to create a mod which would include the contents of the latest post (not replies) from a certain forum at the top of the board in a div? I had something similar on invision and would like to replicate it.

AdminCp -> vBulletin Options -> Styles & Language Settings -> Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template -> Yes
