activating users
 

Hi I have 138 users waiting for activation , please can you help me how to activathe the users ?

the new users now can come in with no problem , but with the previous configuration left me 138 out

do a search for the users based on group membership: "Awaiting E-Mail Activation"

Then promote them all to the "Registered" usergroup.

Last question promisse , can you help how to promote all at the same time or do I need to do 1 by 1

If you had problems with the mail sending before, it would be better to just send them a new activation link. You can do this from the mass mail screen.
