Sorry but nobody is allowed to distribute original vB code.

Run it at localhost, just copy the Template from the XML, ... but as MarcoH64 already said - distributing the Template is not allowed.

OK, now that's some real bull++++ (sry for the word)...

I have a license and I'm just asking someone with a license to provide me the templates so that I don't have to install 3.0.7 on my server to get the templates wich would be redicilous for 1 little template mod.

I want to release a template mod for 3.0.7 on THIS forum...

this is the most useless thing I've ever heard.

I want to make a template mod for people with vB3.0.7 but as i DONT have 3.0.7 installed I'm asking if they can provide me the 3 templates instead of me installing it (on my PC won't work).

What's the difference between DOWNLOADING 3.0.7 and make the mod (wich will take many longer) or GETTING 3 3.0.7 templates from someone...

There is no difference...

Technically there is no difference (it will be the same Byte-Sequence, no matter where you got it from).
There is a difference in law: You are allowed to download 3.0.7 from Jelsoft.
But you are not allowed to copy it from anywhere else.

That just doesn't make sence, if both users are licensed.
Than both users are legally allowed to run vB.

I've paid for vB 190$ in total now,,,, and they can't make it even easy to make a
template mod for the vB community.
