A form that generates answers
 

Ok I want a page where it will have questions for a user to answer, then after they choose their answers they get a spit out of the best product for those choices.

Example:

1.Form with choices.

Do you like apples? Yes or No (drop down box)
Do you like pineapples? Yes or No (drop down box)

click submit to do find out which pie is good for you.

2.This would be the page with the answers

Based on choosing Yes or No for the questions here is the suggestion:
(this is where the variable answer would show)
