Help needed!

Can somebody help me with my problem? I recently upgraded from 3.0.3 to 3.0.7 and my ushop won't re-install. I have done all code edits correct but I get an error once I upload those files. It says there is an error in the functions.php file.

If you have an error simmilar to this it means UCS has been installed before but not been cleanly uninstalled before, you could try removing things in the de-bug mode.
