Problem with template

Ok this is a style I downloaded from cinvin.com but I want to see which place gives me a response faster with the fix to this problem.

As you can see, the top news post should not be like that. The center column should not meet the right column background and the footer does not span the entire page like it should.

Any help appreciated.
