Need help with a template edits.

I'm trying to fix two rather large spaces in my templates. http://www.xbox360boards.com/ is my website.

I checked in navbar, header and FORUMHOME for any <br /> tags but i didn't find any that would make the spaces.

Could someone help me?

You want to make those spaces smaller? I'm sure that's the default space set.
