Skinning
 
I'm trying to get rid of that blue border around the forum tables, but I can't seem to find which CSS option it's controlled by. Can anyone offer any help?

Go to "Table Boarder". In the CSS box there you will see

border: 1px solid #0B198C;
Just change that colour and that will be you.
This is also the same in "Popup Menu Body"
