vb.org Archive - Name Changes

We will no longer be chaning usernames for members for a number of reasons.

Now a days I am getting upwards to 10 pm's daily asking for name changes simply because of the merge will vBulletin.org. It seems to me that most people think your names must be exactly the same here and at vBulletin.org for your accounts to be merged, this is not true.

As said we are merging accounts based on your e-mail address, you will automaticly get your vBulletin.org username when the merge happens and all your posts here will go under that name.
