How hard would it be for this to be done?
 

If anyone could let me know how much work would be involved in this, i'd appreciate it

The current viewforum layout looks something like this (minus the custom stuff I have)

How hard would it be to convert that into something that looks like this

(Ignore the menu on the left, i'm interested in the post layout)

What i'd basically want is a similiar layout to what you see on that 2nd screenshot, with the posts listed in that fashion and in that style.
Small, basic, no icons or graphics, except the icq thing, but clean and appealing to look at.

I'd imagine it'd take a fair bit of work to convert the default vbulletin template to that kind of style, but i'd like people's opinions nethertheless.
