adding a new template?
 
can anyone help me with the code that has a table, and in the table the most recent thread from a specific forum is called, including the author and first x number of words? i have been inquiring everywhere, but no one seems able to help.. thanks for any help

This would entail a php script along with a template. It's not a simple template modification.

Sorry I forgot to include that I have the php code already, all I need to do is add the template that holds and displays the script, and thats where I'm stuck.
