The homepage seems designed to drive people away. The large red, CLOSED UNTIL I SAY OPENED is perfect for that.

The forums have what could be broken images at the top, otherwise they are just text links (Firefox does that) that say test1 and test2. Very good.

Your large number of forums with 0 posts seem to be looking to attract the type of person who loves being the first poster in an empty forum. Sadly there aren't *that* many of those people out there.

The shades of tan are nice.

Id suggest you have a focus rather than "Just a place for people to talk about whatever".

I'd also rename your admincp directory, unless you WANT someone to break into it.

How'd I go about renamig the adminncp without screwign stuff up.

The theme is temp. for now, it's all "new", not really doinng much to it.

Annd how'd I go about gettig members? Lol

Rename the admincp folder on the server and change the name in the config.php file as well.
