Very easy image editing

Hi all, I have a couple buttons on which I would just like the text to be changed. Shouldn't be too hard, just I'm not skilled in image editing whatsoever. If anyone can help me out that'd be great. For example, it would just be switching a button that said "New Thread" to say "New Article", etc. Thanks in advance. :)
