seeking advice on thin shadow around outer forum
 
Hello,

I am trying to re-skin a template i got off the web, and am almost done except for the shadows around the border. Can anyone tell me how to do this or point me to a tutorial? I am also not very web skilled but can get by with decent instructions and dreamweaver. Here is the work in progress, http://www.itburnouts.com you can see i am missing a shadow on left and right sides.. Thanks!
