vb.org Archive - Some error

Sorry if I'm in the wrong section, but I tho it would belong here. I just installed a mods, and it came with an auto-installer, and when it came to adding the stuff in the admin CP, I clicked install 3 time by mistake. And now, in my admin CP... I have some mistake and I wonder how to change that (delete the extra table).

I'm in vB2 (as you can guess with the pics) and I would really like to correct this bug, it's kinda annoying and look un-pro :)
