Easy way to create new style / image set

I remember when we used to use 2.X someone had come out with a plugin for photoshop that opened all the image files and changed them to be the color / text that you wanted. Then all you had to do was upload your new images to the site.

Is there something like this for version 3.X? We want to create a complete custom style and image set for our site but do not have the time or skills to do it.

photoshop does this on it's own. nothing more than creating a batch within photoshop to match your images or psd files to screenshot of your forum....

The file your looking for is called vButton3 CS, you can get it from vb.org or vB.com I can't remember which. :)
