Two Questions - Please Help
 
I think these questions are very simple yet I dont know the answer...

1) Where do I change the setting so that the WHOLE VB page is in a certain size table? I would like to set my board up like this site...I want a background image that displays around the actual header, body, and footer.

2) With that I also would like to know where I add a border to the whole page (like on this site)

Ok then

No 1.

Style Manager > All Style Options > Sizes and Dimensions > Spacer Size (Pixels)

Increase this number as desired.

No 2.

Style Manager > Main CSS > Body Background. Add after the hex color code url(url to required image)
