I'm new and wanted to see some of the avatar collections, and I get a message saying i'm not allowed access. Why?

rocker43,

You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To be able to download modifications and/or receive support here at vBulletintemplates.com, we ask you to please click here (vB-germany users click here) and enter your email address, to show us that you are licensed.

You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive.

Thank you.

I deleted the email already, so I no longer have the customer number. I tried the lost password form, and it says my email address is not in the database. And I put the address in right. Now what? Thanks.

I clicked on your link, and I get a window that asks for my user name and password, nothing about an email address. If you notice I even re registered and tried using the customer number and password, user name and password, even email address and password, just to make sure i'm covering all the possibilities. Then i get the message telling me i've enetered the wrong info, and i haven't. And the same thing with the lost password form, it tells me again my email address isn't in the database. I keep going in circles and i'm doing EXACTLY what the email says to do. What a joke!

The info you must enter is the same as the info you enter for the members area (infact that link gose to it) :). If you are having trouble getting to that page with your customer number and password email support@vbulletin.com

That's what i'm trying to tell you.....i click on the link, it opens a window(members area) asking me for my username and password, which I enter, i hit o.k., and it just brings that same window back asking me to enter my username and password. after a few times another window opens telling me i've entered the wrong info. I HAVEN'T ENTERED THE WRONG INFO BECAUSE I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO POST IF I DIDN'T HAVE THE RIGHT INFO!

No metfan,

You can still post, you have to be entering your details incorrectly.

Just email support as Brad suggested and stop being so difficult when he is trying to help you.

Go through vBulletin.com then, go to your members area, and follow the links to the vBulletin Support part if all else fails.
