post number modification

was wondering if the post number could be made to give a direct link javascript popup like invision powerboard rather then a single post popup which i find rather annoying and not as convenient

i used to have the direct link modification for vb2 but the intergration with vb3 changed the way it was used

check the attachment for what i mean it should be done quite easily via template edits but i got no idea how so anyone that can help :)
