Footer problem...

Hey everyone... I messed up my footer some how and now i cant seem to fix it.. I cant figure it out for the life of me. So i even deleted the entire style and re uploaded it and it is still having this problem...
If you look at the attachment you will see how that last bar is sticking out past the rest of the forum..
