Dear Vbulletintempalet team,

I know one site people can down load everything from here and vbulletin.com/org without resitering!

How can you let people who are not members download all the file in vbulletin site ?

Forgive me if I posted in a wrong place!

I don't get what you are asking, but people who are not members cannot download any attachments off this site. That's a basic vBulletin setting for guests.
