Help with modification of my forum
Hey guys!
Well i'm currently running vB3.0.3 forums, and I need some help modifying my forums homepage. I do not know alot about the templates, so bear with me as I try to explain what I want.. haha  What I want is my forum laid out like the one here on vBulletin Templates... I want to have my category first, with custom images at the sides, and then under that I want the Forum - Last Post - Threads - Posts information.. and then my forums and a footer at the bottom after each category set. Just like http://forum.teamxbox.com/ is laid out. Can someone point me to a post that shows how to do this? or even be nice enough and post in here how to do it? My website launches soon, so I want to get my forums looking really good. ;) Thanks alot! If you have no idea what I am talking about, basically I want my forum to look like http://forum.teamxbox.com/. |
That would involve doing a seperate categories mod. I believe Zachery has one posted here and then there is another mod that will allow you to put images on the tops and bottoms Its called a category image mod. You should be able to find all of these by browsing through the extensive modifactions here at the site.
