Having permission problems replying in forums

for some reason I am not able to respond to threads?
I get the no permission screen ...

All I want to know is where I can dl buttons for VB3 forums that have been recolored. You know, different from the vb default or forum default. I heard they are somewhere here on vb.com's forums, and I have no clue where.

Hello there. You can delet my kohoutek account. I have managed to reinstall my old username. Something went badly wrong with vb.com and vb-germany.com. My licence has been ported to vb.germany without reason and this caused the whole mess. anyway, kohoutek account can be deleted.

Why not just leave the account idle? No harm in that.
