vb.org Archive - Are templates given?

Hi,

I have some CSS, Style experience, but mostly a newbie. I can move things around in a template, but as usual, tables always mix up.
Are there any template files I could look through and copy paste the data? I would have no problem inputting the necessary information for the style I'm using.

Any suggestions would be helpful. I'm tempted to design a template through dreamweaver, but was looking for some specific template styles such as the main page for this forum. (ie: news sections, stats at the top, etc)
