How to edit this..
 
If I knew what is called I would probably figure it out, but take a look at this screen clip.http://www.kaldes.f2o.org/clip.jpg

Where it says "There are no posts in this forum." I want change it so its says this room is for ...... click here to Subscribe (with a link for it). Or something along that nature.

alright, lets try this :)

Open the admincp, go to:
Languages and Phrases > Phrase Manager > Search Phrases

search for this phrase variable only
Code:
no_posts_in_this_forum
Now, once it pulls it up, click edit and replace it all with this code. (The translation box which in turn will overwrite the default coding).

There are  no posts in this forum. <br /><br />
  <a href="http://www.yourdomain.com/community/subscriptions.php">Text  for subscriptions here.</a>
Replace the url and text for the ad with the correct info.
