Trying To Put My Forum In An Area, please help
 
Hello :)

I am hoping some one can help me here, I am wondering how I can put my forum into something like 'http://www.powwows.com/gathering/' how they have it..

I have an area I want to put my forum in, but I am not sure how I want to go about it... i want to put my forum into 'http://www.adoxos.com/cmps_index.php?page=forum' you should be able to tell where i want it to be.. and not just the home page, even when you click into forums, and threads...

how would i go about doing this, any help would be apperciated
