Editing Section Above Forum

Not sure if this is where it goes, but I guess it can moved.

Im wondering how can add some ads where that blue line is. What file or setting do I edit. Sorry if this is covered not sure what that area is called.

Edit your Navbar template

ACP> Style & Templates > Style you want to edit it on > Edit TEmplates > Breadcrum & Navigation > Navbar

Add it there
