Right or Left Side Bar on Forumdisplay & Showthread

Would it be possible to have the right (or left) side bar on the forumdisplay & showthread?

Kinda like what tnguy3n has done with forumhome, but again with the forumdisplay & showthread.

It would be really appreciated! Thank you in advanced!!!

It is very possible as im doing it on 3.0.1, im just doing it for every page. I need to do some more work on the modification, but when I finish it ill post it here.

I think you could make a sidebar using the header and footer templates, therefore it would affect every single page.

would those forum stats of forumhome display globally in forumdisplay and showthread too or it requires code hack?

It's very possible to do them via phpinclude, it just depends on how effiecant something is in that template. If it is to slow, then you might want to look at code hacking has you have more flexiblty with the code.

Very cool, I found the post btw tnguy3n. lol Awesome Brad, I am planning to add a advertisment on it, that may interest my users. So ya, I kinda only needed it on the forumdisplay & showthread, but I will take whatever is posted. :) Ty again!

well, i got this works as a code hack on my localhost board, leaving that phpinclude for Brad to play with. :P lol
It's actually so much simple for code hack, just user function include_one() function on where i want the stats to be shown. :)
