what font do you use on your buttons here ?

Its a font that has a really weird name :) it was distrubuted with the button pack, however im not sure if its a free or payed font.

what im most interested in is the text on the top header of the HOME FAQ USER CP SEARCH etc.

If you want to try track down a thread posted more than a year ago, SaintDog did mention (by memory) what font he used in those buttons.

Use search, good luck. ;)
