Avatar points to user's website

Hello,

with this hack, the avatar links to the user's website if he entered the url in his profile.
If not, the avatar will link to the profile (as default).

I don't think we need a screenshot for that ;)

Wont be used on my site cause none of them have websites lol, but a brilliant add on in my opinion, well done mate and thank you for the release
