There's no easy way to answer this, but the best way...

A) Have some good photoshop/imaging skills.
B) Know your vBulletin Templates
C) Know your XHTML.

Or alternatively, hire someone who can do all this for you.

I can't tell you how to create a professional style from scratch. It's something you have to learn by learning how to make images/use XHTML etc. as I listed in my last post. If you know all of these, and you know your vB templates, create a style by editing the templates.

Do you need steps on how to create a new style so you can edit it?
