[HowTo] Remove the 'last post' column


Template mod: How to remove the 'last post' column from the forumhome page.
Version: This is version 1.0 for vBulletin version 3.0.1
Author: floris (http://www.vBulletin.nl/)

Description: This template modification shows you how to remove the column
that holds the last post information from the index.php page.
This is to remove cluther from the page or quite helpful when designing
a original or unique vBulletin look that fits your total design.
After learning how to remove this column, one can remove any column!
Note: The moderator column can be turned on/off with a global switch.

Installation Instructions

# Login to the Admin Control Panel as an Administrator with permission to modify styles & templates.

# Goto the group 'Styles & Templates' and open the 'Style Manager'.

# Expand the style you want to apply this modification to, and expand the template group 'Forum Home Templates'.

# Open the template 'FORUMHOME', find this code and remove it:

# Save the template 'FORUMHOME'.

# Open the template 'forumhome_forumbit_level2_post', find this code and remove it:

The forumhome code I cant find for somereason on 3.03. Was it removed?

It shouldn't have changed that much between 3.0.1 and 3.0.3.

i couldnt find teh FORUMHOME stuff either but if you just do the forumhome_forumbit_level2_post part it does it just fine. andi have installed this hack. if you have the forum home hover mod on your site look in the forumhome_level1_nopost and it should be in there.
