Need Help Removing Top Gap

I've changed board witdth to 100% and played with the other values in the style templates.. but I've found nothing.. When I used to work with vB it was a margin thing in the header and closed in the footer.. now it's not so simple. I'm getting better with this vB but it's the old simple things I'm not able to do..
