phpinclude_start output box for administrators
 

I found it really annoying when i was working with phpinclude_start (i use phpinclude_start for almost all of my hacks and forum additions) and trying to output something, where sometimes certain outputs would cause some big issues with the entire page.

vBulletin can already "handle" $PHPINCLUDE_OUTPUT, however i wanted it to be alot nicer limiting the output to be visible by administrators only and be hide-able if there was alot of output so my other administrators wouldnt be disrupted by the output.

I left it open for more things to be added to the output, if anyone can think of anything else that should go in there! :)

Very simple template modification, need to add things to 2 templates, see my txt file.
