is it ok to post entire templates
 
I never saw an entire template on vbT. So is this illegal? I´m just wondering why, because only registered members can download or see them.

We have a whole forum for styles, which include whole templates within them. So yes, it's fine. We don't allow access for unlicensed users to these as they may be using warez software, who knows.
