Final Fantasy Republic - ffrepublic.com

Just thought I would post about Final Fantasy Republic. Some of you may of heard of it before. Over the last 8-9 months, it has severly suffered from changes in hacking, changes in ownership and changes in the hosting provider. Now Final Fantasy Republic is back in action, and is slowly setting up its former glory.

I am the current owner of the site and I want people's feedback on its design. It won the vBulletin Board of the month award for March 2002 for those that don't know.

The template mods there are a nice professional looking new posting interface, fixed sized forums with nice and handy sidebars and a few other things that people can check out.

Well anyways, I guess thats it. :)

I like the design as always, glade you stayed with the old colors. My only complant is the fixed width, it leaves a lot of white space on my resolution on the right hand side of the screen.

What brad said

Otherwise nice ^^

Same as brad, the space on the right side doesn't look good. Centre it, and make it wider. :)

The design is very nice. :)

looks fantastic zranx.
and i disagree regarding the fixed width and alignment issue. like i said in my thread regarding my style, i find a lot of forums use the center design, and frankly, it's nice to see something different.

great work. no suggestions other than to maybe tweak your signature template.

It's a personal preference. The center is used so much because it looks good, and in my opinion, the right alignment does not.

But that is all it is - opinion. It's all down to personal preference.

I don't think the alignment looks bad, just the amount of un-used space that sits beside it...

FF Republic has the best style for a Final Fantasy board I've seen yet. :)

On that subject, maybe you could fill it up with a sidetable or something.
