I'd like to have a header like the one here at vb.org
A header with an image and buttons down it.

What templates I have to edit and how? I really don't know how to move for this

First, you need the images for a header. Including header image, and seperate buttons for all navbar images. Do you have these?

I have the image yes and also the buttons.

I can't exactly code the whole thing for you though, do you have any knowledge of HTML?

If you're not confident with it, I wouldn't try to code something as complicated as an image header. You'd have to get someone to do it for you, you can request somebody's service in 'Service Requests'
