making new postbit like the old one

I had no problem with vb2.2.9, but I'm really clueless when it comes to vb3.0.0. I need help making the vb3 postbit look like my old vb2.2.9 posbit.

If it helps, HP is posts, MP is days registered, Gil is just a store hack, and ID isn't really necessary. I don't really need the whole thing coded. Just the tables would be find and I think I can fill in the rest. Thanks in advance.

A11. ACP > vBulletin Options > Style & Language Settings * > Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template > YES
*(RC2 and lower, it is in Thread Display Options (showthread) )
