Not quite sure how to go about this...
 

I made a header that I want to use for my message board, but something tells me the menu (home, user cp, etc) needs to be separated from the actual header.

I tried doing an image map of it but it won't seem to work.

Anyhow, here's the image I made - I'm not quite technical as far as vb goes, I just read directions and follow them :D

I'm not very good with Photoshop, so I can't help you there. But yes, you need to seperate each navbar link so when you code this in your header template, each navbar image can lead to another URL.

Ok, I got it to work with the exception of one thing.
You'll notice how the Usercp, calendar, home images all go across as one line...
well, upon separating them so they work correctly as navbar links, the images will not stay together... I'm trying to make it look the same as the pic in my first post. I've looked and looked but can't locate where to change this. It's almost as if the images have a border around them or something.

in other words, they straight line you see is now broken into pieces... screenshot here:
