it's an option in the acp :)

can't remember which one exactly but it's there :)

Goto Admincp - VBulletin Options - (In the drop down menu select)- Thread Display Options Showthread. Look for.... Enable User Age and select YES and then save. ;) It will show members age in Postbit provided the member has entered there birthday info in there profile.
