Flip category and forum header around?
 
I'm sure this has been posted somewhere, but I'm having a massive brainfart and don't know what key words to punch in. I am looking for the tweak that flips the forum category and the forum header around. Just like these forums have...

I'm not quite sure what you mean, do you mean spacing the categories? Or no spacing, just putting the forum headers (thread/last post etc.) under each category?
